Payment Methods

This page explains payment, pricing, currency and tax information for orders placed through airsflow.shop.

1. Available Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on the customer's device, billing address, card issuer and payment-provider settings.

Do not send card details or other payment credentials by email or telephone.

2. Payment Processing

A payment method may be authorised and charged when the order is placed or shortly afterwards, subject to approval by the payment provider. A bank or card issuer may temporarily display an authorisation as pending.

If payment has been captured but Airsflow cannot accept or fulfil the order, the affected order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay.

3. Currency and Prices

Product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed before the customer submits payment.

The complete order total will be shown at checkout. Airsflow does not add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order is placed.

4. Pricing Errors

If an obvious pricing error is identified before an order is accepted, Airsflow may contact the customer and request confirmation at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

A higher price will not be charged without the customer's express agreement. If an affected order has already been paid, any required refund will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay.

5. Tax Information

Airsflow is not currently registered for UK VAT. UK VAT is not charged on orders delivered to the United States.

Applicable US state or local sales tax may be calculated and charged at checkout where Airsflow is required to collect it. The tax treatment of an order depends on the delivery address and applicable law.

6. Payment Security

Checkout and card processing are provided through payment services designed to use encrypted connections and PCI-DSS security standards. Airsflow does not directly store complete payment-card details on its own servers.
