- Identity and contact data: name, billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
- Order data: products, selected variants, order number, order status and fulfilment information.
- Transaction data: payment status, transaction identifiers, payment method and limited billing information made available by payment providers. Airsflow does not directly store complete card details.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, device, operating system, time zone, website interactions and diagnostic information.
- Communications data: customer-service messages, return requests, complaints and marketing preferences.

Order and transaction records are generally retained for up to six years where reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, contract enforcement, dispute resolution or legal claims.
Customer-service correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, business records or legal claims. Marketing preference records may be retained to ensure that an opt-out continues to be respected.
