Returns & Refunds
A change-of-mind return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.
Eligible returns from the contiguous United States are free. Airsflow will provide an authorised prepaid return label, and no restocking fee is charged.
Returned items must include their original packaging and all supplied accessories, cables, manuals and components. Items must not show damage, alteration, excessive wear or material signs of use.
For change-of-mind returns, oral-care products—including toothbrushes, brush heads, water flossers and water-flosser tips—must be unused. Where a hygiene seal is supplied, the seal must remain intact.
The hygiene restriction does not apply to items that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from their description.
After receiving a prepaid return label, the parcel must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and card issuers may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.
